Дмитрий 51019c5aee docs(plan5): rectify region_mode values 'all'/'whitelist'/'blacklist' → 'include'/'exclude'
Schema CHECK constraint on projects.region_mode accepts только 'include'/'exclude'.
Spec/plan изначально использовали 'all'/'whitelist'/'blacklist' (semantic naming),
что не соответствует БД-схеме. При имплементации Task 3 implementer выбрал
'include'/'exclude' (match schema = source of truth). Propagate-fix:

- plan (2 PHP Rule::in + ~10 payload mentions + 4 TS form defaults)
- spec (§4.2 описание, 3 JSON API examples, §6.4 текст, §7.1 StoreProjectRequest)

Чтобы Task 5+ (UpdateProjectRequest, frontend tasks 7-11) не повторили
плановую ошибку.

Plan 5 (Frontend Projects UI + Backend CRUD) Implementation Plan

For agentic workers: REQUIRED SUB-SKILL: Use superpowers:subagent-driven-development (recommended) or superpowers:executing-plans to implement this plan task-by-task. Steps use checkbox (- [ ]) syntax for tracking.

Goal: Tenant Лидерры получает full-stack управление проектами через /projects: создание (3 signal_type), редактирование, pause/resume, archive, manual sync, bulk-операции. Backend расширяет ProjectController от GET-list-stub до полного REST + dispatch SyncSupplierProjectJob.

Architecture: 12 Tasks в 2 фазах. Фаза I — Backend (Tasks 16): schema delta v8.19→v8.20, расширение ProjectController, новый ProjectService + 3 FormRequest, SyncSupplierProjectJob с retry/backoff. Фаза II — Frontend (Tasks 711): router/nav, ProjectCard, ProjectsView+store, NewProjectDialog с 3 табами, EditDialog wrapper + BulkActionsBar, polling integration. Task 12 — final smoke + closure.

Tech Stack: PHP 8.3, Laravel 13.7, Pest 4, PostgreSQL 16, Vue 3.5 + Vuetify 3.12, Pinia 3.0, axios 1.16, Vitest 4, Histoire 1.0-beta. Inherits backend supplier-sync infra: SupplierPortalClient (Plan 3 merged).

Parent spec: 2026-05-11-plan5-frontend-projects-ui-design.md (commit 1ca4378). Inherits from: Plans 14 merged на origin/main 4bc488e.

⚠️ Внимание: существующий dropdown NewDealDialog использует старый GET /api/projects?tenant_id={id}. После изменения он получает 401 (нет auth). Если NewDealDialog ещё активен в frontend — добавить временный backward-compat fallback или обновить NewDealDialog в Task 7 при добавлении nav-tree. Решение: обновить в Task 7 (frontend phase).

**Контекст:** В UI выбора регионов чекбокс доступен только для регионов 1-31 (битовый лимит INT32). Для всех 89 регионов РФ нужна schema delta: `region_mask BIGINT` или `region_codes INT[]`.
**Действие:** Plan 6 schema delta + миграция + UI update.

(Точный формат записи — по существующему стилю в реестре v1.78; см. предыдущие OPEN-* записи Plan 4.)

2. Placeholder scan:

Найдены 2 размытых места — оба явно отмечены ⚠️ TODO для имплементатора:

  • regions.ts: full 89-region list — нужно заполнить
  • region_mask 32-bit лимит → OPEN-Plan5-04

Это допустимые placeholder'ы (data fill, не logic). Прочие места — точный код + точные команды.

3. Type consistency:

Сверил signature методов:
