Дмитрий	e3804cd12b	feat(dev-indices): CLI 'npm run dx <id>' for manifest lookup ... Prints file:line/tag/text/parent-chain/signature/created for any manifest entry. Handles deleted IDs (tombstones) with separate message format. Exit codes: 0=found, 1=not-found-or-no-manifest, 2=usage-error.
