feat(scripts): merge-mcp.sh — preserves laravel-boost, replaces brain-managed MCP
Uses jq --slurpfile pattern (NOT broken `.[1].mcpServers` form from plan):
jq --slurpfile brain "$brain_mcp" \
'.mcpServers = ((.mcpServers // {}) + $brain[0].mcpServers)' "$target"
